These terms apply when you use the CuratedPicks website. By staying on the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

The service

CuratedPicks publishes product recommendations and links to third-party stores. We do not take payment for goods, we do not ship products, and we do not hold inventory. A purchase is a contract between you and the retailer (for example Amazon or Flipkart), not with us.

No guarantee

Reviews are our opinion at the time of writing. Products, firmware, and seller listings change. We do not warrant that a product will meet your needs, that a price will still be available, or that a retailer will honour a listing. Always check the live store page before you pay.

Your use of the site

You may browse and share links to our pages for personal use. You may not scrape, copy our reviews in bulk, or present our pages as your own. You may not use the site in a way that harms it or other visitors.

Third-party sites

Buy buttons leave CuratedPicks. Those sites have their own terms, privacy rules, and customer service. We are not responsible for their content, delays, or refunds. Raise order problems with the retailer.

How we work with retailers

Our relationship with Amazon, Flipkart, and similar programmes is described only on the Affiliate disclosure page. That page is the complete public statement of that relationship.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, CuratedPicks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from a purchase you make on a third-party store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule gives you another forum.
